Tai Zi: Respect must be earned, thats what I can sae. e.g if you do 1kg of good thing, people don't know, don't respect, then do 10kg of good things, if still dont respect, do 100kg do until people know..you say don't care anymore abt other thing, rmb, 'it thats 20years to build up a repuation, but it takes only 5mins to ruin it' some effort of yours have done, but a moment of rush, you ruin it, you think worth? yes, experience is important, leader every time they challenge me on things, i rejected i say 'wlao, you leader ley, i only a scout'..all leaders have same ans 'so? we are all human and 'scout the only differences is expreince' leaders have more expreince then me and they see n learn more things. exprience is very important, but at the moment, you say your just lack of 1 year? so? you can earn it back. people do 1 thing, you do 2 things a double EX...you'll still get back the same level as others.. but if you nvr try to be the best to help the unit and only help your patrol, seriously, you don't EARN MY RESPECT.if you think being a good leader must got people see and respect you like a god, then what i can sae is, YOU SUCK la seriously. being what i am now, i dun even care got people respect me anot TL? PL? all the L, if they need respect to be good one, then your dun take test la, respect each other, pray to each other lyk god, then can get CCA, PSA, BPA or even wood badge already la? pls la,your dun care how people see or respect you anot, action speaks louder than words, people have eyes to see..you just be a PL for less than 1 month which is not even a strain of my dick hair you want people respect you, you still have a long way, as time goes by, your effort will be seen...young man, one step at a time, when you duno how to walk, dun learn how to fly.. 11plus go home you call late? and it is your first itme? my god..what i have saed, is quite long, but is up to you to think about it...anything feel free to look for me
Reply: Whatever u have said, im aware of it. I been through lots of leadership tranings too, and i know about it. I mean, as a normal respect, not respect like God. As u said XJ and blah blah.. U see, he don't have the least respect for the other posts holders. Anyway, i know what u want to tell me. I will remember it. & thanks. Gosh, Mid year is like less than 20 days away?
